​Samantha Winter

Samantha joins Annecto on Thursday 1 May 2025.  

We know that you will greatly enjoy meeting, and working with, Samantha. 

Samantha brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience across finance, commercial strategy, and operational transformation, with more than a decade in CFO and Executive Director roles. Samantha is a Chief Examiner with CPA Australia, and is a member of the Board of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.  

Samantha has a strong background in working with purpose-led organisations like Annecto and is highly collaborative and strategic.  

Samantha’s most recent role was as Executive Director – Finance and Business Performance at Integrated living Australia Ltd, where she led a $130m budget and a team of 70, with responsibility for Finance, Procurement, and Business Optimisation.  

Samantha has also held interim CFO roles at the National Heart Foundation and led Finance and Corporate Services at Care Connect Ltd.
