Ross Coverdale

Ross has worked across human services for forty years, in direct service delivery and leadership roles including being a long-term CEO. He is a determined advocate for marginalised people, and has developed innovative programs for people experiencing housing insecurity with disabilities. For three years, Ross led aged care, health and village-based community development initiatives across Zimbabwe. He has also managed a number of award-winning partnerships including with the Bill Gates Foundation, Disney, the Royal Children’s Hospital and the University of Melbourne. Ross is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has completed studies in strategic management at the Harvard Business School. He has been a member of Ambulance Victoria’s Community Advisory Committee for eight years and served on their Quality and Safety Committee. He currently operates a consultancy across the housing, health, community services and disability sectors.
