Michael Beres

Michael has worked with numerous organisations in the social and community sectors including, mental health, primary health, disability, aged care and youth and family. These organisations have all had a specific focus on supporting communities and individuals to live their best life.

Over the years, Michael has been heavily involved in leading service delivery, organisational growth, strategy, business development and governance. Prior roles have included Chief Operations Officer at Good Shepherd, OzChild and South East Melbourne Primary Health Network (PHN). He has held various management roles in the disability and aged care sector at organisations including Wesley Mission and Uniting and been a Board member for several organisations.

Before working in the social and community sectors, Michael spent the first half of his career in the commercial and small business world running operations and supporting business development in the retail, health and mining sectors.

Michael has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Annecto and is currently the Deputy CEO.
