As the Executive Manager of People, Culture and Quality at Annecto, Lucy is not just about policies and procedures – she is committed to driving cultural change and improving practices.

In 2020, Lucy further enriched her expertise by earning a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership of Organisational Dynamics from the National Institute of Organisational Dynamics Australia.
