Alex has held executive and senior roles across many sectors. These include local, state and federal government, as well as utilities, health, light rail, higher education and services. She’s also worked in employer associations, specialising in workplace relations and policy. Alex has been appointed to several Victorian Government bodies, including the Working Families Council. 

Alex is known for her resilience, insight and passion for innovation. Her sharp, strategic, and commercial thinking has helped deliver major transformation projects. She’s led change in high-growth businesses and helped bring organisational strategies to life.
