Nick is a seasoned corporate executive with over two decades of Business Improvement experience across a range of industries including banking, telecommunications and not-for-profits and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

He has extensive experience in team leadership, information technology, change management, process engineering, business intelligence, business transformation and more.

Nick has successful led many transformational changes including the implementation of new ways of working across enterprises, organisational wide restructures, product and service development and management, major technology platforms, end-to-end process improvements and setup business capabilities such as Business Intelligence and Project Management Office (PMO) teams which have returned material value on target productivity savings, cost reduction, customer experience and employee engagement outcomes.
