Michael has worked with numerous organisations in the social and community sectors including, mental health, primary health, disability, aged care and youth and family. These organisations have all had a specific focus on supporting communities and individuals to live their best life.

Samantha brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience across finance, commercial strategy, and operational transformation, with more than a decade in CFO and Executive Director roles. Samantha is a Chief Examiner with CPA Australia, and is a member of the Board of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.

Lucy grew up in the heart of the Victoria wheat belt of the Wimmera region and has called Melbourne home for nearly 30 years. Her journey from rural roots to city life has been marked up by a deep commitment to working and managing services for people who experience disability and ageing.

Frances O’Reilly is an experienced executive with a strategic leadership approach, fostering an environment where individuals and teams can thrive. Currently serving as the Executive Manager of Strategy, Research and Marketing at Annecto.

Nick is a seasoned corporate executive with over two decades of Business Improvement experience across a range of industries including banking, telecommunications and not-for-profits and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Alex is a seasoned people and culture leader. She brings a practical, outcome-focused approach to everything she does. She has a strong track record in building strategic people practices. Her work helps manage risk, lift organisational capability, and create inclusive, engaged workplaces.
