Further assistance and support
Below, you can find out more about submitting your feedback anonymously and what other organisations can support you in providing feedback and complaints.
Submit feedback anonymously
It is your choice if you would like to submit your feedback anonymously. We will never make you identify with yourself if you don’t want to, and we will always do our best to support you no matter what.
Please note, it can be difficult for us to progress with your feedback or complaint if you choose to remain anonymous and not provide your contact details. This is because:
- We may need to ask you for more details about your experience
- We will not be able to contact you to give you an update on your feedback
We strongly recommend calling us on 1800 266 328 to speak with our Engagement and Feedback Consultant to submit your anonymous feedback. This way we can have a conversation with you to understand your experience. This phone call will remain anonymous.
Will my feedback remain confidential?
We will always treat your feedback seriously and with respect. In some cases, we may need to share some information you’ve provided with others to progress with your feedback or complaint properly. This may include:
- If an Annecto staff member has been named, we need to give them an opportunity to respond to the complaint. In this case, we may need to disclose some information to them so they can understand the situation
- If the feedback is the subject of legal proceedings, we may be required to share information about your feedback or complaint with others
We strongly recommend calling us on 1800 266 328 to speak with our Engagement and Feedback Consultant to submit your feedback anonymously or confidentially.
