NDIS funding
What is the NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides direct funding to people with disability who are eligible, so you can be more independent and live the life you want.
The NDIS is all about listening and learning about your needs. You can then be connected to the appropriate support services and have better access to the community you live in.
Who is eligible for the NDIS?
To qualify for the NDIS you need to have a disability and meet a set of criteria. You can learn more about your eligibility on the NDIS website.
If you are eligible, you will need to apply for the NDIS and go through a planning process. More information on this process is also available on the NDIS website.

What do services cost under the NDIS?
The prices for Annecto’s NDIS supports are in accordance with the latest NDIS price guide issued by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
Changes to prices are updated by NDIA to respond to market trends and changes in costs, and are generally identified through an Annual Price Review. This helps ensure value for money for participants, and that the disability services market remains sustainable. The latest NDIA Price Guide can be found on the NDIS website.

How to apply?
Step 1
Check if you are eligible for NDIS
You can check out the NDIS eligibility checklist on their website here to find out if you’re eligible to receive our support services.
Once you know if you’re eligible, there are multiple ways you can apply.
Step 2
Apply for NDIS funding
- Download and submit the NDIS Access Request Form here and email it to enquiries@ndis.gov.au
- Call NDIS on 1800 800 110 and ask for an NDIS Access Request Form to be emailed to you
- Or get in touch with your local Annecto office and we will support you to navigate NDIS and assist you with your application

Step 3
Receive your approval and get the support you need
The NDIS will inform you when your funding is approved. We will meet with you and develop your personalised support plan so you can be independent and live the life you want.
